Announcement: Important Site announcement!!

Hello all,

Myself and a few others have been maintaining the official Georoc.org site for many years now. However, due to other obligations, updates to the software, etc are not being made and additional maintenance is required. The domain space expires in one month and, unless someone else wants to take over the account, will be cancelled. This in turn will allow the money made at the yearly picnic to go directly to charity after we pay for the pavilion.

In light of this, Tim and I have started a Reddit Sub-forum for GeoRoc and are considering moving over some of the more evergreen threads for posterity. This will allow people to look back on recommended caches from years past, important tips that have been put out by Sapience Trek and others, as well as other info people may find relevant. It can be used as a place to discuss Geocaching without losing the threads to the ever-growing monstrosity of Facebook. If people do not think they would use this, then I will not invest my t...
